华鹰资产管理有限公司于2006年5月17日在香港注册成立，于2009年7月6日取得了香港证监会授权的资产管理牌照，于2008年1月1日开始管理华鹰第一只股票型美元对冲基金，主要投资于港股及美国中概股，业绩优异，是中资当中较早参与国际竞争、布局海外市场、在香港设立资产管理机构并开展业务的中资公司。

China Eagle Asset Management Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong on 17 May 2006. It obtained an asset management licence from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on 6 July 2009, and began managing its first US-dollar-denominated equity hedge fund on 1 January 2008, investing primarily in Hong Kong equities and US-listed China-concept stocks, with an outstanding track record. The company is among the earliest Chinese-funded firms to compete internationally, expand into overseas markets, and establish and operate an asset management business in Hong Kong.
